the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations: KZMT-FM (Helena Montana), KCAP-AM (Helena Montana),
KHKR-FM (East Helena Montana), KBLL-FM (Helena Montana), and KBLL-AM
(Helena Montana) and is required to be placed in the public inspection
files of the above listed stations, and posted on their websites.

Section III – Supplemental (Non-Vacancy Specific) Recruitment
Activities Undertaken by
KZMT-FM, KHKR-FM,
KCAP-AM, KBLL-FM, and KBLL-AM:
- Co-sponsor
of the Carroll College Helena Area Career Fair in 2004 and 2005.
- Duane
Bruce and Travis Cronen are on the planning board of the Carroll
College Helena Area Career fair in 2003, 2004 and 2005. They attend planning meetings and provide
promotion of the event.
- Travis
Cronen (Business Manager) is on the Helena Job Service Employer
Committee (JSEC) to learn of new recruitment techniques and
assist with recommendations to the Helena Area Job Service on
current employer needs so that the Helena Area Job Service may
better assist employers and potential employees.
- Staffed
a booth at the 2004 Carroll College Helena area Career Fair
and in 2005.
- We
have an Engineering Intern from the Helena College of Technology. Jared Dicket has been an intern under
the supervision of Ken Eklund from December 12, 2003 to present.
- Conduct
tours of the radio station facilities to all groups that request
them including but not limited to Elementary sc
